These cheese-eaters also reduce their risk of heart attacks by 10%. Eating 40g of cheese per day is thought to raise the levels of good cholesterols and reduce the levels of bad cholesterols. The calcium found in this dairy product is thought to be responsible for this. However you shouldn’t have more than this portion, as eating too much cheese on a daily basis can lead to weight loss and have health impacts. The Chinese researchers also admitted at the end of their research that they don’t yet know the long-term effects of daily consumption of cheese.
